Creating a New Login
To start using our Internet ordering system right away, you need to create a new customer login. Once you have finished filling out your profile information, you can begin creating your own personal shopping list or place an order right away.
You can register directly with RH Office Products. Call Customer Service at 724-745-8999 . If you are already a customer, call us about setting up your custom pricing and contracts online. If you don�t currently have an account with us, please feel free to call us during regular business hours so that we can set you up with additional online discounts and savings.
Your Privacy Counts
We fully comply with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) guidelines for consumer privacy and will only use your personal information for in-house processing.
Payment terms: We have flexible payment terms. We can setup terms based on your needs. Open accounts such as Net 30 or statement, due on tenth of following month must be setup with pre-approved credit. Call us at 724-745-8999 for application. Past due balances are subject to 1.8% per month interest. We also accept Mastercard & Visa.
Free local delivery on all orders OVER $75.00. Orders outside of our local delivery area may be subject to shipping and handling. Call us at 724-745-8999 if not sure of locality. No delivery is available on weekends, unless special arrangements by phone have been made.
Website is always open. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 est. except holidays.
Returns and Credits
Please call or email for return authorization. All returns must be made within 30 days. Special orders are subject to 30% restocking fee. If our error, we will assume any freight charges. Shortages must be called in within 5 days of delivery. Any furniture that was setup is subject to a 40% restocking fee. We will exchange any defective product within 30 days. All others must be returned in resaleable condition to be credited.
